1. What is regeneration? Is it the same as salvation?
Regeneration is the work wrought by the Holy Spirit in which He imparts a new spiritual life to us and we become a new creature.

In the prophet’s words, who is doing the work? What will be different about those whom God acts upon?

What is the activity of those who became the children of God? Who is doing the work again?
